Forma Fantasma

Forma Fantasma was founded by Italian author Andrea Trimarchi and Italian artist Simone Farrasin and is a research-based design studio focusing on the relationship between tradition and local culture, critical approaches to sustainability, and the significance of objects as cultural conduits. During the 59th International Architecture Exhibition, la Biennale Arte, Forma Fantasma’s show Time Capsules by Forma Fantasma will encourage spectators to explore five smaller sections throughout the Central Pavilion and the Corderie. Consisting as a constellation of artworks, found items, and documents. These sections create time capsules focused on the historical perspectives on trans-generational affinities within local knowledge and material cultural conduits. Created in collaboration with Kvadrat.
